My Story

Gavin Lindsay Sime: Owner - Sales & Marketing Professional – Consultant - Entrepreneur With over 30 years working in the international corporate world and then setting up and running his own business, at 57 years old Gavin has a depth and breadth of business experience. He has worked in client facing roles, operational roles and management consulting projects. He is most proud of his time working with a global ICT outsourcing firm and was part of the business development team that won (at the time) the largest ICT Infrastructure outsource deal in South Africa. Born and brought up in Perth, Scotland, at 57 years old Gavin is proud of his Scottish roots but also proud of his experience of working in various locations including Edinburgh and Glasgow in Scotland, London, Paris, Madrid and 7 years in South Africa - which was the time that developed his love and passion for our beautiful country. Gavin is known for his directness, his creativity and his attention to detail. He has been a supportive business partner based in Scotland during the creation of Restaurant Isabelle and is never afraid of “rolling his sleeves up” as he puts it to help out in any business when needed.
